Shipping & Returns
In the unlikely event that you experience problems with the product(s) or installation, please contact your sales representative or email Support@leederservices.com . Though we know our products very well, in some specific instances an electrician is needed to troubleshoot the issue. Costs for an electrician are not the responsibility of Leeder Services, nor are we responsible for any damage or injuries resulting from improper installation.
Leeder Services will conduct thorough troubleshooting activities before any warranty return is authorized. We also require a completed RMA form, filled out and returned to us along with the items in their original packaging. Please give us a call or email Support@FlexfireLEDs.com to be guided through this process. In accordance with our comprehensive policy on our website, incorrect installation will void any warranty. To make troubleshooting simple, please check for any defects or issues during "STEP 3" of the pre-installation guide.
You may return products within 30 days of the original shipment date, subject to the following:
- Cut products, such as strip lights, are not returnable.
- Purchased sample kits for large projects are not returnable.
- All returns must be approved by Leeder Services, and the Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") Form that you are issued must be filled out and included in the return box(es).
- Returned products must not have been used, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original packaging, including all package inserts, and shipped with sufficient packaging material to ensure they can be resold. All manuals, warranty cards and ancillary items must be included and in resellable condition.
30 days or more past the original shipment date:
- A restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of shipping the product to you may be withheld from the refund for products without manufacturer's defects. Shipments outside the Australia are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Reimbursement will be issued in the form of store credit.
- Returns beyond 30 days from original shipment date will only be accepted with the approval of
- Leeder Services.
- No returns are accepted after 60 days of the original shipment date.
- Items will be shipped once email confirmation of payment is received. Within 2-4 working days of email. Email notification will be sent if there is any reason for delaying delivery.
- Normal postage delivery is about 2-3 days.
- Express postage is normally next working day.
- Delivery is dependant on Australia post and its couriers, interstate delivery can take longer.
